Wendy has over 10 years in the weight loss industry with a focus on behavioral changes through life coaching. During her time with weight loss, she has become painfully aware of the missing link in weight loss. The most difficult thing people have during their journey is adapting their new relationship with food and eating. With her unique way of coaching, her clients learn to integrate their new thinking into their lifestyle and embrace their new habits.
Most "diet centers" focus on reducing calories and adding supplements and/or protein powder or bars. I focus on your relationship with food and habits without added pills or shakes. This is NOT an MLM requiring a subscription with product. And while apps are the "in-thing" right now, they can't give you the one-on-one time and coaching to examine why programs have failed you in the past. Change the way you think and enjoy your new you!
