First things first! You will have a FREE 50 minute consultation so you can determine that this is the best fit for you and your lifestyle.
Then, you prepare your body for weight loss. This is a 2-day process that will make sure you are starting on the right foot with healthy foods and a healthy outlook!
We will then move forward into the program itself. You will learn new ways to integrate healthy foods into your favourite meals.
2 virtual sessions each week will help keep you motivated and on track. We will examine why you eat, what your triggers are and how to manage them instead of them controlling you!
Stabilization can be difficult. We will work through this together and I will show you that it doesn't have to be. This will consist of 1 session per week.
Show your body who's boss and enjoy your new look and health! You will enjoy 1 weekly session per week for 1 year! We will walk through the next 12 months ensuring your new tools last forever!
